We had an amazing stay over the New Year period. the staff went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which was a fantastic start to the trip. the location was perfect - only a short walk to the nearest station and right in the middle of a bustling area with loads of restaurants and shops. Plus, we were treated to a delicious breakfast every morning that set us up for the day!
The walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from adjacent rooms. there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom, which wasn't ideal.

Fast check-in, early check-in, convenient location near subway station, opposite Lotte Mart and many restaurants, delicious breakfast with avocado banana shake, helpful staff including one who gave us a lift to the bus terminal.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was very convenient as it was close to public transportation and had many dining options nearby. the staff tried their best to accommodate our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the breakfast buffet was simple but well-made, and the lady running it even made us a delicious avocado banana shake to start our day.
The walls were very thin, making it easy to hear noise from adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times. There was also an unpleasant chemical smell in the bathroom, which was not caused by us and had a strong, nauseating odor.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus terminal, perfect for those who want to explore the area. there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the breakfast was basic but delicious, with one staff member who went above and beyond with personalized avocado banana shakes. the room was spacious and check-in was fast.
There were some noise issues coming from nearby guests during the night, which disturbed the sleep.
